A birth, a tree

What is the "A birth, a tree" Program?

The City of Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue is proud to welcome the arrival of a child by offering a tree to his/her family. This program is for families who have adopted or given birth to a child in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue during the year.

By accepting this gift, new parents will contribute to the history of the community, in addition to beautifying our living environment and providing a healthier environment for future generations.

The tree will be planted on the family’s property or in a public place within the city.

The tree will be presented on Ecology Day in September 2017.

If you have adopted or given birth to a child this year and would like to receive a tree, please fill out the form and return it:

By email at info@sadb.qc.ca

In person: City Hall - 109 Rue Sainte-Anne

New parents must provide a photocopy of proof of residency and proof of birth or adoption.

The "A birth, a tree" program helps improve the quality of life in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue families in the same way as the “One Birth, One Book” program.
