The "Online Requests" system is an interactive platform that allows you to send your requests, comments and / or complaints directly to the City administration. With the creation of each request, a unique number is generated automatically, which allows you to follow online the status of your request and ensure its follow-up.
It is important to complete the form as accurately as possible to speed up the process and ensure your request is resolved:
- Please provide your full contact information so we can reach you if we have any questions
- Please provide the exact location affected by the request and a detailed explanation
- An incomplete request cannot be processed
- A request that does not include the applicant's contact information cannot be processed
Please note that the City only consults requests during business hours. At any time, for any emergency, please contact the 24-hour Emergency Center at 514-457-1001. However, for emergencies requiring the intervention of the fire department or the police, dial 9-1-1.
