Together we will discover the body in a non-judgmental, creative, safe space for self-expression. We will be doing breath work, playing interactive games and discovering the large range of movement that the body can offer. This is a class for anyone who’s interested in learning about themselves through dance. We will be finding our own voice in movement. And, of course, it will be fun!

Flex-Pilates uses various exercises geared to restructuring the abs while strengthening the back, leg and arm muscles. Alternating between muscular and flexibility exercises, this course also helps you to regain suppleness in your joints.

Karate classes

The Yamato Karate School teaches the Shotokan style, one of the founding styles from which all the other styles of karate practiced today originate. Yamato is a member of the Japan Karate Association (JKA).  The JKA learning approach and philosophy is the result of many years of practice and study of this martial art by numerous renowned instructors and masters.

Lakeshore Football

Season 2017 - Information:

Registration: Registration forms can be downloaded online or picked up at our office location at 16849, Hymus Blvd in Kirkland, H9H 3L4. Forms can be filled out and mailed or dropped off with your payment (check payable to Lakeshore Football) through the mail slot or in person on Tuesdays from 6-9 pm, Wednesdays from 12-2 pm and Saturday mornings from 9-noon.

Clientele: 8 – 17 years old
Location: Practices & games at Parc des Bénévoles in Kirkland. Away games are held in the West-Island & Montreal vicinity
Schedule: 2-3 nights after school and week-ends
Duration: Spring Camp: May & June (6 weeks) Regular Season: August to October (14 weeks + playoffs).
Cost: Range from $370 to $400, according to the age group - early-bird pricing is in effect until April 15th, 2017 (50$ rebate).

Rugby is a great sport that fosters physical fitness, teamwork, sportsmanship, discipline and respect for others. Our ultimate goal is to make sure kids learn the basic skills of rugby in a fun and safe environment. We focus on skill development, individual understanding of the game and team spirit. The Saints Junior Program is the largest rugby club for youth in the province and kids from 5 to 18 years old are welcome.

Beginners learn how to breathe properly through the progressive and safe practice of basic postures and insiders enjoy a smooth and fluid practice that works the entire body. Short meditation and deep relaxation complete the course in order to harmonize body and mind. 


The coordination of breathing and movements are better controlled, you progress to new yoga postures in which you learn to stabilize your attention. You reach also an awareness of the principles related to the energy of the body and its surroundings.
