Lakeshore Football

Season 2018 - Information:

Registration: Registration forms can be downloaded online or picked up at our office location at 16849, Hymus Blvd in Kirkland, H9H 3L4. Forms can be filled out and mailed or dropped off with your payment (check payable to Lakeshore Football) through the mail slot or in person on Tuesdays from 6 pm to 9 pm, Wednesdays from 12 pm to 2 pm and Saturdays from 9 am to 12 pm.

Clientele: 6 to 17 years old
Location: Practices & games at Parc des Bénévoles in Kirkland. Away games are held in the West-Island & Montreal vicinity
Schedule: 2-3 nights after school and week-ends
Duration: Spring Camp: May & June (6 weeks)
Regular Season: August to October (14 weeks + playoffs).
Cost: Range from $250 to $425, according to the age group

Morgan Arboretum

The Morgan Arboretum is a 245 hectare forested reserve, situated on the McGill University Macdonald Campus in Ste. Anne de Bellevue on the western tip of the island of Montreal. The Arboretum is open daily throughout the year from 9 am to visitors who can walk and ski its trails in season. The public contributes to the development and maintenance of the Arboretum through the Morgan Arboretum Association, a non-profit organization.

In addition to an expanse of natural woodland containing examples of most of Quebec's native trees, the property supports 18 collections of trees and shrubs, from across the world, that include fir, oak, birch, maple, linden, spruce and flowering trees. The Arboretum is also home to 30 species of mammals, 20 species of reptiles and amphibians, and over 170 species of migratory and overwintering birds.

Paddle Mac

Located on the waterfront of McGill’s Macdonald Campus in Ste-Anne-de-Bellevue, directly across from the 211 STM bus stop, Paddle Mac provides paddlers and would-be paddlers with a chance to enjoy the waters of lac St. Louis on a kayak, paddle board (SUP) or canoe. Hourly rentals, paddling instruction and paddle board yoga classes are available to the general public and McGill and John Abbott communities. 

Reservations, bookings and class registration can be made online or download the McGill Rec app in the App Store or Google Play to book from your mobile device. 

Wet suits (shorty-style), dry bags, waterproof phone cases and waterproof speakers are available to rent on site. Lockers are available free of charge.
