Inspection of submersible pump (“Sump pump”) connections

Further to resolution number 10-262-24 concerning the inspection of submersible pump (“Sump pump”) connections for foundation drains and roof gutter connections connected to municipal sewer systems dated September 16, 2024. We ask you to contact the City’s contractor, Roland Bourbonnais Ltée, as soon as possible to book an appointment at 514 453-3578. Be sure to contact Gabrielle and specify that this is for Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue city inspections.

New signs at each entrance to the promenade regarding by-laws 770 and 812

In response to comments received this summer about the visibility of the signs at the entrances to the promenade, we’ve changed them to make them more visible. As you walk along, you’ll notice the new signs at each entrance to the promenade, reminding you of the following 2 by-laws:

  • By-law 769 - Traffic and Parking, Article 50 Circulation of motorcycles, mopeds and bicycles
  • By-law 812 - Dogs, Article 22 Public areas
