    A Birth, A Tree Program

    A Birth, A Tree Program

    A Birth, A Tree

The City of Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue is proud to welcome the arrival of a child by offering a tree to his/her family. This program is for families residing in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue who have adopted or given birth to a child in the last year.

By accepting this gift, new parents contribute to the history of the community, in addition to beautifying our living environment and providing a healthier environment for future generations.

The tree will be planted on the family’s property or in a public place within the city.

The "One Birth, One Tree" program helps improve the quality of life in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue in the same way as the “One Birth, One Book” program.

    How to request your tree?

If you have adopted or given birth to a child this year and would like to receive a tree in commemoration, please fill out this form and return it:

    By email:  info@sadb.qc.ca
In person: City Hall - 109 Rue Sainte-Anne

New parents must provide a photocopy of proof of residency and proof of birth or adoption.
