    2023-2024-2025 Property Assessment Roll

Public notice to taxpayers of the City of Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue

According to an Act respecting the exercise of certain municipal powers in certain urban agglomerations, (R.S.Q., chapter E-20.001), municipal assessment is an urban agglomeration power assumed by central municipality (City of Montreal). It is the mission of the Direction de l'Évaluation foncière de la Ville de Montréal (DÉFVM) to prepare, update and defend for taxation purposes all assessment rolls for the 16 municipalities of Greater Montreal.

The (DÉFVM) files new property assessments every three years in accordance with the Act respecting municipal taxation and related regulations. They serve as a basis for municipal taxation for the three financial years for which they are made. The most recent assessment roll is the roll filed on September 14, 2022 and is effective January 1, 2023 for the fiscal years 2023-2024-2025.
