One Birth, One Tree

What is the "One Birth, One Tree" Program?

The City of Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue is proud to welcome the arrival of a child by offering a tree to his/her family. This program is for families residing in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue who have adopted or given birth to a child in the last year.

By accepting this gift, new parents contribute to the history of the community, in addition to beautifying our living environment and providing a healthier environment for future generations.

The tree will be planted on the family’s property or in a public place within the city.

If you have adopted or given birth to a child this year and would like to receive a tree, please fill out the form and return it:

By email at

In person: City Hall - 109 Rue Sainte-Anne

For more information, please call: 514-457-6844

New parents must provide a photocopy of proof of residency and proof of birth or adoption.

Registration deadline for this year is September 7th. The tree will be presented on Ecology Day on September 15th, 2018.

The "One Birth, One Tree" program helps improve the quality of life in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue in the same way as the “One Birth, One Book” program.
