This year again, in order to avoid the visit in person of an agent for the reading of water meters, the City of Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue asks that its residents submit their water meter reading by email.
READING SENT BY EMAIL – Before October 31st
We ask you to send an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, before October 31, including :
- a photo of your water meter reading (If you are unable to send a photo, you can note your meter reading in the email.);
- the address of the house, store or business related to that reading;
- your complete name and contact information.
After October 31st, if we have not received a reading for your address, the firm “Compteurs d'eau du Québec”, mandated by the City of Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue to do the INTERIOR READING of your water meter, will take over the process. The employee of this firm will come to take the reading in person at your home, store or business. He or she will be easily identifiable with an identity card issued by the City and will apply the recommended health measures during his/her visit (hand washing, wearing a mask, etc.). We strongly recommend that you wear a mask as well.
Visits will be held in November, from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 7 pm and Saturday between 9:30 am and 4:30 pm.
You may contact “Compteurs d’eau du Québec” at 514-437-0620 to make an appointment ONLY IF:
- You don’t live in the property
- You were absent during their visit and you received a memo
If not, please wait for their visit.
